What 'ref number' are you refering to, do you mean you have paid for it and it won't download and you weren't emailed a reference number? Perhaps the purchase didn't go through, check your bank statement and contact the EB helpdesk.





If this is not the problem, please be very specific about the problem, exactly what are you trying to do and where in the process is it failing, i.e. "i press on the Download button on the EB website and the download process starts but gets half way through and then stops.
